Welcome to the 2011 corporate calendars order site.

Please review the following information carefully, before placing your order. If you have any questions, please email global_marketing@apl.com.

1. To place an order, please login below and ensure all fields are filled in before submitting your order. The mandatory fields (marked with a red asterisk) must be completed before you can proceed to the next page

2. If you have already made a pre-order in April, please check that your order is still valid.

3. If you need to reduce your order quantities, please do so now by editing your existing order. Order quantities on desk calendars can only be reduced and cannot be increased.

4. If you need more calendars, please place a new order for the additional boxes. This will be chargeable at US$60 per box. If you need more mailing envelopes, you can edit your existing order.

5. To edit your existing orders, please login and click on “View Order History” and “Edit Order”. Please save your changes after you are done. If you did not receive any confirmation emails on the amended order, please click on “View Order History” to check that changes were captured.

6. To cancel your existing orders, please login and click on “View Order History” and “Cancel Order”. Please save your changes after you are done. If you did not receive any confirmation emails on the cancelled order, please click on “View Order History” to check that changes were captured.

7. Excessive reductions will be reviewed for approval by Global Marketing. If your reduction is unreasonable and unjustified, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

8. If you need more calendars, please place a new order for the additional boxes. This will be chargeable at US$60 per box. If you need more mailing envelopes, you can edit your existing order.

9. The absolute deadline for order submissions is 16 July 2010.

10. No upfront payment is necessary. Cost centers will be charged in P9. If you have requested to pay via PayPal, you will receive a payment request in September.

11. All prices are inclusive of shipping. Any additional taxes, duties and/or customs fees are to be borne by the buyer.

12. We are unable to guarantee calendar availability and order fulfillment if you do not pre-order your calendars.

13. Only desk calendars are available. There will be no wall calendars and greeting cards this year.
